So, they use super weak and watered down hormone and then make you think that you have to have it or the diet won't work. The whole skin thing is probably just part of the scam. Many scammers put caffeine in their supplements because they know that you'll feel like it's doing something when it's really doing nothing. But, don't take my word for this.
